Role: Customer Service Representative I
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 6 Months (Potential to Extend)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
 
Overview: Join the Medical Devices team at Moog, a leader in enteral feeding and infusion pumps. As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and ensuring their needs are met in a collaborative and supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by email with questions, service requests, order placement, accounting needs, and product support
• Process customer orders and requests for product repair into an ERP order entry system
• Generate and transmit order confirmations and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines
• Support and initiate pricing dispute processes
• Process product replacement orders, provide shipping labels, and coordinate the return/replacement of items in a timely manner
• Support, address, research, and escalate customer issues as needed, responding to all inquiries/requests, reporting urgent complaints, investigating disputes, and providing warranty information
• Provide additional support to customer service and sales colleagues as needed, assisting with projects, reporting, and any customer-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalency (GED) required
• Related experience and/or training in customer service, call center, or similar role preferred
• Basic computer/technical skills with demonstrated competencies in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to provide meaningful support in a compassionate manner with both external and internal customers
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
