Emergency Medicine Physician – Up to $220/hr | Flexible Shifts | IL

The Staff Pad is hiring Emergency Medicine Physicians for multiple hospitals in Southern Illinois.

• Up to $220/hr (1099) + $20/hr differential
  
• W2 option available ($200/hr + full benefits + sign-on bonus)
  
• 24-hour shifts (critical access) or 12-hour shifts 
  
• Full-time or part-time (3–6 shifts/month)
  
• Physician-only coverage at select sites (no APPs)
  

What we need:

• BE/BC Emergency Medicine
  
• Strong ER/trauma experience (must be comfortable working independently)
