Position: Salesforce Business System Analyst
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Must be hybrid onsite)
Duration: 7+ months (Potential to extend)

Location: Pleasanton, CA (Must be hybrid onsite)
Duration: 7+ months (Potential to extend)
Role:
- Increased workload in this team to assist with backlog of projects/work.
- BSA focusing in on Salesforce for the GTM team
- This is a custom Salesforce instance (not one of the standard clouds)
- Mix of sales cloud, experience, service cloud, etc. and then the rest is custom.
- The majority is a custom Salesforce instance.
- Mix of sales cloud, experience, service cloud, etc. and then the rest is custom.

- Driving requirements, functional part of the conversation
- Agile process
- Documentation, working with dev team to ensure they deliver
- 30% BA work, documentation work, user stories. 70% BSA work
- Project:
- Implement workday solutions for customers. Part of that engagement -- tools that we use that help customers fullfill those engagements.
- 7 ongoing programs
- 5 years of BSA experience minimum and Salesforce
- 5 years of Salesforce hands on experience
- Preferred:
- Workday implementation
- Sales cloud, Salesforce CPQ, service cloud experience -- closest to the Salesforce custom instance.
- Field services/GTM experience
