Phlebotomist 

Location: 455 Lee Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30310
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Interview: Video conference, 1 round
Duration- 3 months

Job Summary

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to support an inpatient phlebotomy setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing blood draws across pediatric and geriatric patient populations and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform approximately 35–45 blood draws per day.
• Collect blood specimens from pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Perform venipuncture while maintaining proper patient identification and specimen-handling procedures.
• Work in an inpatient phlebotomy environment.
• Support specimen processing as needed.
• Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare staff, and team members.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Remain on your feet approximately 75% of the workday.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
• Complete required initial training of approximately 1–2 weeks.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric blood draws.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform approximately 35–45 draws per day.
• Ability to work onsite and remain standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Specimen processing experience is preferred.
• No specific certification is required.
