Role: GRC Analyst Location: Mount Laurel, NJ/ Fort Lauderdale, FL/ Charlotte, NC - Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days work from home Duration: 12 Months
Must-have hard skills: 1.) 10+ years of regulatory exam findings, internal audits, technology issues management, or tech GRC experience 2.) Microsoft Suite – PP, Word, Excel, Visio 3.) Previous control testing and audit experience 4.) Ability to write reporting intended for executive level
Soft skills: 1.) Strong communication skills – verbal and written 2.) Strong critical thinking skills 3.) Strong attention to detail, proactive, organized 4.) Ability to work independently
Nice-To-Have 1.) Governance, Risk and Controls experience 2.) big 4 consulting firm experience 3.) Alteryx, Power Bi, Tableau or any other automation tools for reporting 4.) CISA and CRISC certifications or equivalent (strongly preferred for the issues management project)
