Job Title: Frontend Lead Developer Duration: 2 years, 2 months Location: Plano, TX
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer to guide the technical direction of modern web applications. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance user experiences. Candidates who successfully clear the L1 interview must be available for an in-person client interview in Plano, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Build scalable, maintainable web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Improve performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Support CI/CD processes and frontend delivery standards.
Required Skills
12+ years of overall IT experience.
6+ years of front-end development experience with leadership responsibilities.
Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
