Job Title: Business System Analyst V
Location: Toronto, ON (2 days on site, 3 days work from home – potential for 4 days onsite in the future)
Duration: 12 months
Summary Of the Role:
day-to-day typically involves working with the project teams and SMEs across the SSH, Mainframe MFA and IDV workstreams – participating in stand-ups/backlog refinement and working sessions, managing requirements and project artifacts in Confluence/Jira, coordinating stakeholder inputs, and supporting testing, validation, and implementation/readiness activities.
Currently, a significant part of the focus is on the SSH POC, documenting and tracking vendor test execution/results and maintaining the POC artifacts. With Vendor2 nearing completion, preparing the Confluence documentation and POC tracker for Vendor1 execution. For Mainframe MFA and Identity Verification (IDV for ServiceDesk), supporting communications by coordinating content with SMEs, Employee Enablement (EE), and CAPA teams accordingly, through review with the project team and obtaining sign-off prior publication.
Must Have Hard Skills:
1.) 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
2.) Very in-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management
3.) Enterprise level environments – banking or Financial institution experience is preferred
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Strong prioritization and time management skills
3.) Detail oriented
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Agile or PM certifications (PM is preferred) 2.) Strong Agile experience
CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:
Degree/Level of Education: Post secondary is an asset
Certifications Required: Agile, PM certifications are an asset
