Job Description/ Qualifications:
Experience with Design, Build and Maintenance of specialized testing frameworks for conversational, generative, and agentic AI applications.
Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, TypeScript or Python.
5+ years of experience in software development, test and quality engineering, including strong experience in developer-led test infrastructure work.
Experience building test frameworks, automation infrastructure, harnesses, or developer tooling in modern engineering environments
Strong understanding of software design, debugging, APIs, and maintainable code practices
Experience supporting quality across backend services, APIs, and full-stack systems
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows and improving engineering feedback loops
Experience designing and maintaining test data strategies and reusable testing patterns
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
