Title: Warehouse Operator

Anticipated shift to work is night, but should be open to the other shifts for availability:
Night: 10:45 PM – 6:55 AM (Sunday to Friday)
Evening: 2:45 PM – 10:55 PM (Monday to Friday)
Day: 6:45 AM – 2:55 PM (Monday to Friday)
JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Operator must ensure compliance with quality requirements by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), corporate policies, and applicable compliance standards during operations. The position is responsible for implementing and maintaining GMP regulations, corporate policies, and conformance standards throughout warehouse operations, where applicable.
In accordance with established policies, directives, procedures, manufacturing and packaging sheets, Good Manufacturing Practices, health, safety and environmental prevention measures, and the Montreal site's business procedures/processes, the Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, supplying, handling, and distributing raw materials, components, bulk and finished products.
The Warehouse Operator's responsibilities include cleaning, receiving, sampling, component handling, bulk and raw material handling, and product distribution activities.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
All tasks are performed in accordance with established policies, directives, procedures, manufacturing and packaging sheets, Good Manufacturing Practices, health, safety and environmental protection measures, and Montreal site business procedures/processes.
Level 1
The Level 1 Operator will be called upon to perform a grouping of tasks from the following:
Business needs
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Successful completion of theoretical and practical forklift operator training
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Knowledge of GMP (an asset)
- 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related field (an asset)
- Mechanical skills and computer skills
