Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead Experience: 8–12+ Years | Salesforce Experience: 8+ Years
Role Overview We are looking for a highly proactive and hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with around 10 years of experience to take ownership of an existing Salesforce project. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, proactive in identifying issues and solutions, comfortable taking ownership, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong technical expertise is equally important as the candidate will be actively involved in day-to-day development, debugging, code reviews, integrations, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of Salesforce development and proactively drive tasks to completion.
Understand and enhance the existing Salesforce architecture, codebase, integrations, and data model.
Develop and troubleshoot using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Triggers, Batch/Queueable Apex.
Work on REST API integrations and resolve UAT/production issues.
Perform technical estimation, impact analysis, code reviews, and solution design.
Guide existing developers and proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and improvement areas.
Support UAT, client validation, deployment, and production releases.
Mandatory Skills
8+ years hands-on Salesforce development with strong Apex & LWC expertise.
Good knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Triggers, asynchronous Apex, Salesforce Security & Governor Limits.
Experience with REST integrations, Git, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, and deployments.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and production support experience.
Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent.
Ability to use AI coding agents as part of their regular development workflow to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
Preferred
Experience with Experience Cloud, Platform Events, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.
Salesforce Platform Developer II preferred.
