Position Summary: • This position is part of our organization's exciting Innovative Therapies program based in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible to perform facility cleaning under the supervision of Facilities Manager.Key
Responsibilities: • Adhere to safety procedures and protocols. • Work with Supervisor or Manager in scheduling of work and work assignments. • Verify all work being performed is in accordance with current procedures. • Attain all training in SAP to perform work order execution. • Prepare communication of nightly site activities to Supervisor or Manager. • Keep inventory of GMP supplies Problem solve and escalate as needed to find answers. • Maintain a professional attitude at all times. • Perform routine cleaning of GMP areas which include ceilings, walls, floors, drains, stainless steel, windows and ledges. • Complete documentation utilizing Good Documentation Practices. • Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Supervisor. • Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Collect and dispose of non-biological waste and recyclable materials throughout the GMP areas. • Maintain floors (epoxy, Concrete, rubber tile, and sheet vinyl) by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces. Vacuuming/dusting of vents within the GMP areas.
Qualification & Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent. • One (1) to Two (2) years of experience in cleaning GMP controlled areas/spaces. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Ability to read and comprehend procedures. • Basic computer knowledge. • Ability to complete paperwork accurately. • Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment. • Ability to do repetitive work. • Experience using equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts and manual pallet jacks. • Demonstrated ability to apply experience and hands-on investigating deficiencies. • Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies such as boxes of paper, mop buckets, and furniture weighing up to 25 pounds.
