Job Description The client is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to provide temporary coverage for a Senior Manager, HR Communications role within Corporate Affairs. This individual will support key HR communications priorities, including employee value proposition rollout work, annual enrollment and benefits change communications, and strategic communications advising for HR partners. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and trusted adviser who can quickly understand complex business and HR issues, build strong partnerships, manage multiple priorities, and translate information into clear, actionable communications for employees and people leaders.
Job Details: Partner with HR and Corporate Affairs leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver clear, effective employee communications. This temporary role will support priority work including employee value proposition rollout, annual enrollment and benefits change communications, HR Technology & Workforce Strategy change communications, and CHRO and HR All Staff materials. The individual will provide communications counsel, draft and edit content, coordinate communications across email, Teams, the intranet, presentations, and digital signage, and manage stakeholder and communications-calendar coordination for large employee audiences.

Internal and employee communications: Excellent writing, editing, message development, and channel strategy skills across email, intranet, Teams, digital signage, presentations, and leadership materials.
HR and change communications: Experience communicating complex HR, benefits, policy, organizational, or change-related information to large employee audiences.
Strategic stakeholder management: Ability to advise senior leaders and cross-functional partners, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of employee communications for key company initiatives, including launch materials and employee-facing content.
Develop and coordinate communications for employee benefits and other people-related programs across email, web, digital signage, presentations, and manager materials.
Support communications related to changes in benefits, HR programs, and employee services.
Advise HR partners on communication strategy, audiences, timing, channels, and clear calls to action for large employee audiences.
Draft, edit, proof, and coordinate communications across a range of internal channels.
Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to understand communication needs and deliver clear, timely materials.
Coordinate communications plans and calendars to help ensure messages are well timed and aligned with other company communications.
Support leadership communications, employee meetings, and change communications as needed.
Ensure all materials are clear, accurate, on brand, and aligned with internal communication standards.

Red Flags:
Limited experience writing for large employee audiences.
Primarily external, marketing, or agency communications experience without demonstrated internal communications work.
Limited experience managing sensitive or complex HR, benefits, or organizational communications.
Inability to provide strong, relevant writing samples.

Second 45-minute interview with a key HR or Corporate Affairs partner.
