Job Title: Wireless Module Test Engineer
Duration: 12 months
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
Overview
The Wireless Module Test Engineer will support the development, validation, and debugging of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware and test programs for wireless modules. This role requires strong RF fundamentals, hands-on bench testing experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with vendors and internal teams to ensure robust test coverage and correlation.
Key Responsibilities
Debug and validate ATE hardware and test programs for wireless modules
Establish correlation between ATE and bench test equipment
Perform hands-on debugging using bench test equipment to analyze performance discrepancies
Identify root cause issues and drive resolution across hardware and software interfaces
Support hardware and software integration, optimization, and validation efforts
Collaborate with vendors to manage module builds and support test readiness
Work with cross-functional teams and external test partners to ensure quality and performance standards are met
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or related field
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless technologies
Experience in design validation and debugging
Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration
Proven problem-solving and system optimization skills
Experience working with vendors and external test partners
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ATE systems in a production or validation environment
Familiarity with wireless module manufacturing flows
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and drive corrective actions
