Job Title: Digital Advisor II Location: Chino, CA, 91710 (Hybrid) Duration: 18 Months Assignment Shift/Hours: M-F 8-5 PST Onsite Wednesday & either Tuesday or Thursday About Job: Support the Safety Management System QA/QC team by tracking, validating, and maintaining program data related to field verification activities, conformance checks, corrective actions, and implementation milestones. Responsibilities
Updating trackers and dashboards, monitoring open action items and follow-up needs, reviewing submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy, compiling routine status summaries, coordinating with stakeholders to obtain missing information, and maintaining organized records to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Required Skills/Attributes
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret QA/QC data, track multiple workstreams, and identify trends, gaps, and follow-up needs across multiple Operating Units.
This individual should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with trackers and dashboards, and able to connect related concepts from different safety programs, field activities, and implementation efforts.
The candidate must be able to translate data into clear summaries, maintain accurate records, coordinate with stakeholders, and support audit-ready documentation for Safety Management System QA/QC activities.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Quality Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience supporting safety, quality, compliance, audit, analytics, or operational programs may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum Years of Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting safety, QA/QC, compliance, audit, data analysis, project coordination, or operational reporting activities.
Experience working across multiple business units, Operating Units, or cross-functional teams is preferred.
Ability to interpret data beyond surface-level tracking and identify patterns, gaps, inconsistencies, and potential follow-up needs.
Strong intuition for connecting related concepts across multiple Operating Units, safety programs, and workstreams.
Ability to manage multiple data points, owners, due dates, status updates, and competing priorities with accuracy and follow-through.
Familiarity with QA/QC practices such as conformance checks, data validation, documentation review, corrective action tracking, trend analysis, and audit readiness.
Comfortable working with incomplete or evolving information and asking the right clarifying questions to move work forward.
Strong Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, conditional formatting, formulas, pivot tables, and basic trend summaries.
Experience using SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 tools to organize information and communicate status.
Experience working across multiple business units, Operating Units, or cross-functional teams is preferred.
