Title: Partner Portal Support Specialist Location: Waterloo, ON, Canada Duration: 12 Months Shift Timings: Mon-Friday, 5 Days Onsite
Role Overview The Partner Portal Support Specialist serves as the first line of support and primary point of contact for partners accessing a new partner portal. The role is responsible for managing and resolving incoming inquiries, troubleshooting access-related issues, and delivering an optimal partner experience. Key responsibilities include partner onboarding, persona provisioning, portal administration, and facilitating demo and trial orders.
Key Responsibilities Partner Portal Support
Support partner portal onboarding, provisioning, and profile enablement.
Manage partner contact persona administration.
Assist with login credential setup, access issues, and initial troubleshooting.
Serve as the primary point of contact and triage resource for external partner portal inquiries.
Provide support for trial and demo license-related inquiries.
Process trial and demo orders to help partners successfully demonstrate products.
Track trial and demo orders through completion while coordinating with cross-functional teams, including deal desk, billing, and fulfillment.
Support provisioning of partner demo environments.
Manage the partner inquiry inbox and ensure responses meet established SLA requirements.
Maintain accurate case management and follow-up throughout the resolution process.
Follow documented processes, procedures, governance standards, and best practices.
Ensure all required reviews, approvals, and processes are completed appropriately.
Qualifications & Requirements
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
Client-centric and partner-first mindset.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables concurrently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Willingness and curiosity to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow is preferred.
Experience in partner support, customer service, portal administration, order processing, case management, or technical support is an asset.
