The Accounts Payable team manages global invoices, supplier profiles, settlements, and partner payments while supporting projects focused on automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Process daily Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring financial records remain current and up to date.
• Review and process domestic and international invoices in accordance with established financial policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and payment discrepancies.
• Document, maintain, and update Accounts Payable procedures as needed.
• Support team and organizational goals by meeting established deadlines and performance expectations.
• Continuously develop job knowledge by participating in training and learning opportunities.
• Demonstrate company core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
