Title: Training Coordinator Location: New Albany, OH, 43054 Duration: 2 years
Fully Onsite - occasional flexibility to WFH (1-2 days per week after 6 months) - standard working hours 8 AM - 5 PM

What You Will Do In this role, you will support site manufacturing operations by coordinating new-hire and visitor onboarding, facilitating orientation activities, maintaining training and communication materials, and providing administrative and project coordination support to site leadership. You will partner across functions to ensure new employees are prepared, connected, and equipped to begin work successfully.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO), including agenda development, scheduling, communications, and cross-functional coordination with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Digital Innovation & Technology, Security, and other site functions.
Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics, including site access, technology provisioning, workspace setup, required training coordination, and pre-start communications.
Lead onboarding activities for new hires and visiting staff by providing process guidance, coordinating access and training needs, and ensuring a consistent, positive site experience.
Maintain, update, and coordinate review of onboarding and training materials with content owners; ensure materials are current, controlled, and available when needed.
Provide administrative support to site leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, communications, presentation preparation, and other administrative needs. Serve as backup to site administrative assistants as needed.
Organize and participate in stakeholder and project meetings; document key decisions, track action items, and follow up with owners to support timely completion.
Prepare, distribute, and maintain site communications, presentations, reports, and project updates for relevant audiences.
Support department management with project coordination, execution of special initiatives, and implementation of process improvements.
Develop and implement tools, trackers, and processes that support informed decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen onboarding and administrative workflows.

Onboarding and cross-functional coordination:
Ability to manage many moving parts—orientation schedules, access, IT setup, training, workspace readiness—and coordinate across HR, Talent Acquisition, Security, IT, and site functions.
Organizational and project-management skills:
Strong prioritization, action tracking, meeting coordination, and follow-through. The person should be comfortable managing deadlines, dependencies, and multiple new hires or initiatives at once.
Professional communication and customer service:
Clear, polished written and verbal communication is essential. They will be a primary point of contact for new hires, visitors, leadership, and cross-functional partners, so they need to be responsive, discreet, and approachable.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 4 years of administrative, coordination, operations support, human resources, training, or related experience; OR
Associate degree and 2 years of administrative, coordination, operations support, human resources, training, or related experience; OR
Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of administrative, coordination, operations support, human resources, training, or related experience.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide professional support to employees, leaders, and visitors.
