Provide Design Engineering reporting on project list, scope and status of assignments. Coordinate Design Engineering project status updates on STT (Smart Turnaround Tool) using inputs from Excel, Access, and Power BI. Facilitate Design Engineering change requests to re-baseline project schedules. Create and manage Design Engineering metrics to ensure delivery of performance targets. Facilitate and monitor Design Engineering resource planning (LRP, EPEF, histograms). Conduct analysis of company performance metrics including financial, operational, and customer metrics. Develop and maintain performance management dashboards and reports that provide visibility into the company’s performance.
