Job Overview & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a sophisticated, dynamic Store Manager to act as the primary face and operational custodian of our
premium Pune showroom. This role balances luxury customer hospitality with tight operational and visual merchandising
controls.
? Showroom Excellence: Supervise daily store hygiene, scheduling, inventory tracking, premium walk-in
allocation, and top-tier client hosting.
? Visual Merchandising: Oversee the structural layout, accessory pairing, and aesthetic storytelling of the
showroom floor. Ensure that display pieces are positioned to look iconic and premium.
? Deal Closure: Interact directly with premium walkthrough clients, interpret their lifestyle requirements, guide
them through material/finish customization charts, and ensure a high conversion rate on premium items.
? Team Supervision: Direct floor team routines and maintain exceptional training compliance across the retail
floor.
Mandatory Filters for Sourcing
? Verifiable history of running showroom sales operations within a premium furniture store, high-end decor
house, or luxury lifestyle retail boutique.
? Academic / Background Advantage: Candidates who are Architects or Interior Designers turned into premium
sales professionals will be given immediate preference.
? Language Fluency: Must possess absolute command and professional fluency over Marathi, Hindi, and English.
? High aesthetic sense, polished personal presentation, and confident communication style.
