Position Description
Our rapid growth means opportunities for added change leaders and a potential role in future Firm endeavors. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, requires minimal supervision, is deadline driven, instills ownership on one’s work, and can enthusiastically lead and coordinate tax engagements delegating assignments amongst the team. The individual will also mentor and assist in staff development and contribute to the supportive culture of the Firm.

Education & Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited college or university;
- CPA or CPA candidate;
- 3 - 5 years public accounting experience required;
- Adherence to professional standards and Firm policies.
Technical Knowledge
Candidate must possess knowledge, understanding and ability to:
- Apply U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Research and knowledge of compliance, rules and regulations of federal and local taxing authorities;
- Strong technical, analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Proficiency in CaseWare, CCH, Thomson or similar software products;
- Competent in O365 applications.
