Job Description

Duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Through Pure's Case Management System (PERC), powered by ServiceNow – manage a caseload of employee & manager inquiries over a broad spectrum of topics across Employee Lifecycle including but not limited to statutory and company policies on Pay and Rewards, Benefits, Payroll and Leave Entitlements. In addition, help employees navigate and provide information on company guidelines and transacting on cases such as Internal & International Mobility, Employee Job & Organizational data changes, Employment Verifications & Requests for Immigration etc.
  • Be knowledgeable and well-versed with Pure's HCM Information System (Workday) to transact, track, and audit high-volume transactions from onboarding to exit via PERC, while exercising professional communication with employees and managers.
  • Collaborate effectively across HR and non-HR cross functional teams (i.e. HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Facilities, Legal, Finance) and, as needed, external partners/vendors on a broad range of topics. 
  • Day to day engagement across a wide spectrum of employee topics, from when new employees onboard to Pure to when employees exit the company and the reasons / needs behind it.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to the HR Operations Specialist team members on a needed basis.  
  • In collaboration with HR Operations Managers, partners across regions (AMER, EMEA and APJ) to identify best in class practices for use in the region.
  • Partners with HR Consultant & Manager, HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (CoE’s), in the development and implementation of our HR programs in the region.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery.
Skills:

What you bring to the table: 
REQUIRED: 
6+ year HR experience with 5+ years of Workday experience(Non negotiable)

  • 6+ years’ experience in a HR position, 5+ years’ experience with Workday
  • Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to details
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Ability to flex in & out of initiatives, employee cases & issues where required and take the ownership of assigned tasks and projects
  • Ability to work across time zones and is comfortable in a virtual work environment through Zoom meetings
  • Comfortable working with remote management, remote updates and weekly check-in with your manager and team
  • Team player who demonstrates a positive, 'can do' attitude - willingness to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contribute in all parts of employee experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast paced, always changing environment
  • Possess the maturity to work with & manage confidential information
  • Quick and passionate learner
  • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize with a high sense of urgency
  • Eye towards data accuracy, data quality and process improvement
  • Has the capability to present to larger groups and deliver workshops both in person and remotely
  • Adequate knowledge of labor laws in the respective regions 
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Pluses: 
    • Knowledge of any project management methodology 
    • Experience with ServiceNow (or other enterprise ticketing system)
    • Knowledge of immigration laws in the respective regions 
    • Experience in completing & submitting monthly, quarterly & annual compliance, labor surveys where required by respective country employment labor offices
