Strong experience in requirement elicitation, functional analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation with clear traceability and business outcome alignment.
• MuleSoft Integration Knowledge
Solid understanding of MuleSoft platform concepts including APIs, integration patterns, data transformation (DataWeave), and system orchestration in enterprise environments.
• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams, facilitate workshops, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex enterprise integration initiatives, driving requirement discovery through structured stakeholder interactions and translating strategic objectives into actionable functional outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive functional requirement specifications, including process flows, business rules, data mappings, and non-functional requirements with high emphasis on clarity, traceability, and testability.
• Collaborate closely with architects and integration teams to define and refine MuleSoft-based integration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and stakeholder discussions to prioritize features based on business value, dependencies, and risk.
• Perform impact analysis across upstream and downstream systems to validate functional assumptions and ensure alignment of integration behavior and data contracts.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that reflect real-world business scenarios and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, support test planning, and assist in defect triage to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved system integration to enhance customer and partner experiences.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as process models, interface specifications, and integration architecture overviews to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Support change management by conducting solution walkthroughs, preparing training materials, and ensuring business readiness for releases.
• Ensure MuleSoft integration designs meet functional requirements, performance expectations, and compliance standards.
• Monitor delivered features against requirements, gather stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvement through iterative enhancements.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to establishing consistent business analysis practices across teams
