Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting analysis to identify opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions.
- Requirements gathering, aggregation and development.
- Design and visualization of both functional and technical solutions with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Detailed business process optimization and design.
- Invent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity.
- Root cause analysis and presentation of recommendations.
- Acting as the SME for one or more functional areas and delivering training in these areas.
- Performing regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate data.
- Contributing to the writing of papers for internal audiences

Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical program management and functional and technical systems design.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all of the following methods - data analysis/visualization, process design, stakeholder management, large systems deployments.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and/or similar CRM applications.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Proven ability to use data to qualify assumptions and recommendations
- Ability to distill, cater, and communicate complex analysis and insights to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with the Financial Force Professional Services Automation (PSA) product or other PS automation application.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
- Master’s degree
- Proven ability balance competing priorities, workloads, and tight timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
