Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator – III, Multilingual AI Quality
Location: Remote - (US Pacific time zone overlap required)
Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
Minimum 4 years of experience

Job Description:
Project Coordinator, Multilingual AI Quality — Contingent Worker
  • Are you energized by fast-moving AI programs and want to work at the forefront of multilingual technology?
We're looking for a sharp, adaptable Project Coordinator to join our Multilingual AI Quality team and help scale operationally complex quality programs.

Must-Have HARD Skills
  1. 5+ years in project/program management, or operations in tech industry — demonstrated ability to manage concurrent workstreams in a fast paced environment.
  2. Familiarity with Multilingual AI annotation and audit workflow or internationalization/localization experience
  3. Fast learner with technical adaptability — ability to quickly understand new platforms, AI models/products, and workflows; troubleshooting issues independently. Must be able to ramp rapidly on unfamiliar tools and systems with minimal hand-holding.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, concise documentation skills; ability to create process docs, meeting notes, and reports for async/cross-timezone audiences
  5. Attention to detail

Nice-to-have Skills
  1. External vendor/partner coordination experience — proven track record managing deliverables, timelines, and clear communications with multiple third-party partners across time zones

Years of Experience: 5+ years in program coordination, project management, or operations in tech industry

Degrees/Certifications Required: At least BA/BS

Difficult Aspects of Job:
  1. Ambiguity — the program is evolving; processes aren't always fully defined and the candidate needs to build/improve them as they go;
  2. Fast context-switching — managing multiple concurrent tasks across different languages, vendors, and stakeholders requires rapid shifting between contexts;
  3. Cross-timezone coordination — working with vendors and partners in different time zones (US PST overlap required but global stakeholders);
  4. Ramping on complex domain — multilingual AI is a new and complex area; the candidate needs to learn quickly without extensive onboarding resources;
  5. High-volume operational load — multiple vendor syncs/week, ongoing queue tracking, triage, and reporting

What you'll do:
  • You'll own the operational heartbeat of our quality audit program — coordinating across vendors, managing task pipelines, troubleshooting technical issues in real time, and delivering data-driven quality reporting across multiple languages and various AI use cases.

Why this role stands out:
  • You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge AI tools and platforms while solving operational challenges that directly impact how well AI performs for billions of users across languages.
  • This isn't a routine coordination role — it's fast-paced, technically interesting, and you'll see the tangible results of your work reflected in product quality at global scale.

What we need:
  • Someone fast, resourceful, and technically curious — who can ramp quickly on unfamiliar tools, navigate ambiguity, and keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping threads.
  • You'll be the connective tissue between vendors, language experts, and technical stakeholders across time zones.

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  1. Task Coordination: manage task pipeline in the audit platform; flag bottlenecks, tooling issues, and blocked tasks; triage incoming task requests and validate scope/volume/feasibility.
  2. Quality Reporting & Data Support: Pull and organize audit data for quality reporting; maintain vendor quality scorecards; prepare quality insights for XFN stakeholders
  3. Vendor Coordination: Manage day-to-day vendor communications across concurrent AI audit tasks; track deliverables, throughput per task/language; monitor vendor quality patterns

Interview Process
Rounds:
(1) Initial screen/behavioral interview conducted by the Localization Program Manager (hiring manager)
(2) 2 Operational scenario interviews with additional team members
Interview Type: Behavioral + scenario-based
Interview Duration: 30 minutes + 2 × 30 minutes
