Location: Remote (EST Hours, overlap with IND and US (8 to 5)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
- We are seeking a US-based Workday Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner with certified expertise in Workday HCM and Recruiting to support our Talent Acquisition and People Services functions.
- This role partners closely with business stakeholders to drive process optimization, manage system enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of Workday bi-annual releases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, People Services, and technical production support teams for Workday HCM and Recruiting
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Own product intake backlog, prioritize enhancements, and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Lead Workday release management activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and deployment readiness
- Develop and execute clear, timely release communications to stakeholders and end users
- Ensure system configurations align with business goals, compliance requirements, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Workday certifications in HCM and Recruiting (required)
- Proven experience as a BSA, Product Owner, or similar role supporting Workday HCM
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR operations
- Experience with Workday release cycles, testing, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project mgmt tools: Airtable, Confluence, Jira, MS suite
Interview Process: Interview with hiring manager first to screen and then meet with 2/3 other EXP PM and/or ENG teammates
