Job Description

Position Title: Learning Journey Coordinator - 100% Remote
Assignment Duration: 06 Months (possible extension)
 
Position Summary
The Learning Journey Coordinator, under the leadership of BTS L&D an AI ELE Team, supports internal business stakeholders in identifying learning and development needs and coordinating high-quality learning experiences using existing content from internal and external learning platforms. This role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and supporting learning pathways, skill journeys, and development programs that align with business goals and workforce capability needs.
 
Background & Context
This role works as a partner to internal customers by helping translate development needs into structured learning experiences using content available through platforms such as Skillsoft Percipio, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, internal learning repositories, and other approved resources.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand skill gaps, capability needs, and learning objectives.
• Coordinate and curate learning content from internal and external learning platforms, including Skillsoft Percipio, Pluralsight and other enterprise learning resources.
• Support the design and maintenance of learning journeys, skill pathways, onboarding programs, and development plans.
• Evaluate learning resources for quality, relevance, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
• Organize content into logical learning sequences that support skill development and career growth.
• Develop and maintain learning guides, pathway descriptions, learner communications, and supporting documentation.
• Track content updates and maintain learning journey inventories.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, subject matter experts, and business leaders to help ensure learning experiences remain current and effective.
• Recommend improvements to existing learning pathways based on learner feedback and business priorities.
• Support reporting and analysis related to learner engagement and content utilization.
 
Qualification & Experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting learning and development, talent development, workforce development, or related functions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into structured learning recommendations.
• Experience working with enterprise learning platforms and digital learning resources.
• Strong written communication and technical writing skills.
 
Preferred
• Experience with Skillsoft Percipio, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, Cornerstone, or similar learning platforms.
• Knowledge of competency models, skills frameworks, and career development pathways.
• Experience supporting content curation, learning program coordination, or workforce upskilling initiatives.
