Role: Associate Director, Obesity Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy (PCS) Analytics & Performance Excellence
Duration: 06 months (possibility of extension)
Location: Mettawa, Illinois 60045 (Hybrid)
The Associate Director, Obesity Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy (PCS) Analytics & Performance Excellence is responsible for helping internal partners/stakeholders make informed strategic and operational decisions. They will lead the development of actionable recommendations based on market insights that address key business needs and objectives. Key activities include independently leading cross-functional insights synthesis, communication of results with key partners, alignment of brand strategies, and coordination of key insights generation activities. The Associate Director will lead project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and other related activities.

The Associate Director will lead project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and other related activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the APEX lead supporting obesity pipeline assets and disease area strategy, covering insights related to obesity and related complications. Become a trusted partner to the cross-functional team generating insights, guiding brand strategy and advising on key initiatives.
- Enable and demonstrate leadership on the cross-functional business teams across assets and pipeline indications, to make better and more rapid business decisions by framing & prioritizing critical brand questions.
- Identify opportunities to use market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, or other methods to ensure that decision-making is based on the most robust, current, objective, and comprehensive insights possible.
- Provide insights to both current dynamics and future market evolution over the next 5-10 years to guide asset teams in the development of successful clinical programs and launch strategies for multiple indications.
- Lead and participate in initiatives to improve the APEX data and analytics capabilities.
- Ensure all APEX activities are conducted on time, within budget, and in accordance with financial and ethical compliance guidelines.
