Job Description

Job Title: Product Accessibility Audit Coordinator (Project Coordinator II)
Duration: 7 months 
Location: Remote (EST preferred)
 
Position Overview
This is a coordinator position and does not perform any accessibility testing. This position reports to the Product Accessibility Audit Program Manager within the client’s Product Accessibility team. The program responsibilities and deliverables include:
  • Manage accessibility audits with third party vendors and internal engineers as part of our audit program which measures our product accessibility relative to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
  • Manage and monitor all teams for timely completion of audits and Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs)
  • Coordinate accessibility audits with internal product teams following established processes to establish scope, timelines, and measures of success
  • Facilitate and schedule demo sessions between product teams and external auditors
  • Manage audit documentation including planning documents, scoping proposals, and SOWs (Statements of Work)
  • Perform quality reviews of and publish ACRs to external website
  • Recommend improvements for overall coordination of audits to the Audit Program Manager, and implement appropriately
  • Timely upload of audit findings to bug tracking system
  • Responding to customer requests regarding product accessibility compliance from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain shared drive organization and audit channel coordination across multiple concurrent assessments
  • Utilize modern AI applications to:
  1. Streamline repetitive program management duties, including the automation of status reporting, follow-ups, and progress updates.
  2. Efficiently generate, condense, and organize program documentation.
  3. Detect inefficiencies within current processes and execute strategic optimizations.
  4. Evaluate inquiry trends and assist in drafting professional communications and responses.
 
Required Experience (minimum 2 years in each area)
  • Experience in a fast-paced high-volume matrixed organization environment.
  • Experience creating and maintaining relationships with business and technical experts throughout the company at all levels
  • Experience in coordinating compliance related projects with external vendors at scale including managing relationships with external suppliers and responsibility for managing Purchase Agreements and contract processes
  • Experience with Salesforce products or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Experience with product accessibility compliance, including knowledge of industry and governmental standards and policy relating to WCAG and other web accessibility standards
  • Experience with accessibility audit processes including demo coordination, scope definition, and vendor management
 
Additional Required Experience (no minimum)
  • Experience identifying opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and implementing solutions that enhance team productivity
  • Experience integrating AI into program management workflows to automate routine tasks, generate reports, draft communications, identify and mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency
  • Required Skills
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, tracking deliverables, and following up with stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and understanding operational efficiencies and deadlines and knowing when and who to escalate to
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern AI tools for program management, documentation, and communication
  • Drive multiple concurrent projects to completion with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Explain compliance requirements to diverse audiences (across varying technical and business backgrounds)
