Job Description
Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
ABOUT THE ROLE
Seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change management (OCM) delivery across the NextGen Procurement transformation program. This enterprise initiative modernizes procurement operating model through sequential technology implementations — Zip intake orchestration, Coupa Supplier Information Management, and Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management — serving procurement, accounts payable, legal, as well as various business functions and supplier-facing teams across the organization.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact engagement requiring expert change management execution across four concurrent releases culminating in an enterprise. The program will transform how manages supplier relationships, contract execution, and procurement processes for thousands of users globally, making skilled OCM leadership essential to adoption success.
The right candidate brings direct experience supporting procurement or enterprise P2P transformations and can operate independently to manage content production, training development, and stakeholder coordination while collaborating closely with the Change Lead who handles strategic relationships and executive sponsorship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own comprehensive communications production across all four releases — developing message strategies, creating publish-ready email campaigns, drafting town hall materials, and executing reinforcement communications tailored to procurement, AP, legal, supplier management, and business partner audiences.
• Design, develop, and coordinate training curriculum and content delivery for Zip, Coupa SIM and Ironclad CLM implementations, including foundational learning content, step-by-step user guides, quick reference materials, and enterprise training execution framework for integrated solution rollout.
• Execute detailed stakeholder impact assessments for contract management deployment, using current state vs. future state workflows for legal, procurement, and business functions to list and analyze change impacts, while identifying high-resistance stakeholder segments and change magnitude across process, tool, role, and data dimensions.
• Manage enterprise-wide coordination activities for global, multi-region deployment including cutover complexity planning, regional process variation management, multi-language material development, and coordinated change champion network operations across time zones.
• Drive readiness assessment and deliverable completion for enterprise rollout, ensuring all enablement materials meet publish-ready quality standards and coordinating with SI vendors (KPMG, Epiq) to ensure content integration and delivery excellence.
• Support integrated solution change management by managing compounded change from SIM→CLM→P2P workflow integration, developing orchestrated change sequencing to prevent user saturation, and creating end-to-end process training that builds on previous solution learning.
• Execute comprehensive program reporting and stakeholder participation including regular status updates, governance meeting participation, cross-functional coordination with product and technical program managers, and collaborative planning with Change Lead on strategy alignment.
• Handle localization requirements and ERC updates for international markets, developing region-specific content variations and managing enterprise communication platform coordination for global deployment success.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of change management experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically supporting procurement, supplier management, P2P function, or similar stakeholders through enterprise system implementations.
• Direct experience supporting enterprise platform implementations (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar platforms). Candidates must be able to credibly engage users on platform concepts without requiring technical onboarding.
• Experience independently owning content production at enterprise scale — communications strategies, training curricula, job aids, quick reference guides, and stakeholder materials — without reliance on separate instructional design or communications resources.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent project workloads with overlapping timelines, shared stakeholder populations, and coordinated communication strategies to prevent audience fatigue and message conflicts.
• Strong proficiency applying ADKAR or equivalent structured change methodology in fast-paced program environments within condensed go-live timelines and high stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, with demonstrated ability to coordinate content production and delivery for international audiences including localization requirements.
• Strong executive communication skills — comfortable drafting communications on behalf of senior procurement and technology leadership for enterprise-wide distribution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Change management certification — Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Coupa Supplier Information Management or Ironclad CLM implementations with direct knowledge of platform capabilities sufficient to explain change impacts to business users.
• Demonstrated experience supporting contract management or CLM platform migrations, including user training design, workflow change communications, and adoption tracking for legal and procurement contract management populations.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise communication platforms for stakeholder communication delivery and campaign management.
• Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand procurement environments with understanding of category management, supplier diversity, and global sourcing operations.
• Experience managing OCM coordination with system integrators and vendor-delivered content, including quality oversight and delivery timeline management for SI-produced training materials.
• Familiarity with SharePoint as a training repository, project communications platform, and change management resource distribution system.
At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws. This position’s starting pay is: $ 50.00/hr.
