Job Title: Data and Reporting Analyst - Senior
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension & conversion)
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days/weeks in office, Thursday team meeting and the other is flexible)

Summary
In this role you will transform complex ITSM and operational data into actionable insights that drive service performance, stability, and strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of enterprise reporting solutions across Power BI, ServiceNow, and integrated data sources, enabling a shift toward proactive, insight-driven operations.
You’ll partner closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping shape reporting strategies that support critical banking services.

In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of enterprise reporting solutions across Power BI, ServiceNow, and integrated data sources, enabling a shift toward proactive, insight-driven operations.
You’ll partner closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping shape reporting strategies that support critical banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards providing visibility into ITSM performance, KPIs, and operational health
- Integrate and analyze data across ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB), cloud, infrastructure, and application sources
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Perform proactive trend analysis to identify systemic issues and continuous improvement opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize reporting needs, and deliver scalable solutions
- Establish and maintain standard reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and data models
- Ensure data quality, governance, integrity, and documentation across reporting solutions
- Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and enhance reporting efficiency
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to support data-informed decision-making
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development (Key), including data modeling, DAX (Key), and dashboard design
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Site Reliability Engineering practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM data (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and operational reporting
- Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and compelling narratives for business and leadership audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Experience working cross-functionally and engaging with technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills – VERY IMPORTANT
- Experience in Information Technology environments, preferably within financial services
Previous financial services experience

- Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and executive narratives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
- Proficiency in business process mapping, requirements documentation, and solution design
- Ability to quickly understand organizational structures, strategies, and processes
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
