Business group:  US Intl Money Markets & Funding

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support Treasury-led Resolution Planning initiatives, with a focus on building out capabilities, data analytics, and execution readiness.

This role sits at the intersection of treasury and regulatory compliance, translating resolution strategy into actionable analytics, data frameworks, and governance processes that support the firm’s ability to execute a credible and orderly resolution.

Typical Day in Role: 

  • Developing and maintaining resolution liquidity capabilities (e.g., stress projections, funding strategies)
  • Ensuring data integrity, traceability, and alignment across resolution deliverables
  • Supporting resolution plan submissions with clear, well-documented, and regulator-ready outputs
  • Enhancing governance frameworks, escalation triggers, and execution playbooks

1. Resolution Liquidity Analytics & Projections

  • Develop and maintain resolution liquidity projections aligned to balance sheet and financial forecasts
  • Define and document resolution liquidity stress assumptions (e.g., runoff, funding, asset monetization)
  • Support analysis of liquidity adequacy and execution needs under resolution scenarios

2. Resolution Strategy & Playbook Implementation

  • Translate resolution strategy into implementable analytical logic, including:
    • Entity and business line treatment (e.g., survive, divest, wind-down)
    • Liquidity allocation and funding strategies
  • Support development and enhancement of resolution playbooks, including:
    • Execution timelines
    • Funding actions
    • Operational dependencies

3. Governance, Triggers & Control Frameworks

  • Define and document treasury governance frameworks supporting resolution execution
  • Identify and implement key risk indicators, escalation triggers, and decision points
  • Map resolution processes to control frameworks (ownership, attestations, testing, issue tracking)
  • Support audit and regulatory readiness through evidence documentation and control traceability

4. Regulatory Deliverables & Documentation

  • Support preparation of resolution plan submissions (e.g., 165(d) living wills)
  • Produce clear, structured, regulator-ready documentation of:
    • Assumptions
    • Methodologies
    • Data sources and limitations
  • Ensure all deliverables are defensible, consistent, and aligned with regulatory expectations

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 
1. 8+ years of experience in Resolution planning, liquidity/treasury analytics, finance transformation, data modelling or data governance (must have Strong understanding of Resolution Planning (RRP) frameworks and deliverables and Liquidity stress concepts and resolution strategies)

2. Ability to translate regulatory requirements into structured data models, clear analytical logic, and testable business rules

3. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint

4. 5+ years of experience working across business and technology teams, including writing requirements, Facilitating working sessions, and managing dependencies and delivery timelines

5. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to present complex logic clearly to Senior management, regulators, and audit teams


Nice-To-Have Skills: 
- Experience with SQL (data extraction and validation)

-Banking/Capital Markets experience

-coding experience

  2. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple analytical workstreams
  3. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
  4. Confident communicator who can:
    • Challenge assumptions

    • Escalate risks effectively

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems or related field
