Role: Business Analyst / Product Manager

• 10+ years of experience
• Experience supporting payments solutioning, implementation planning, or technology enablement
• Familiarity with Visa Direct, real-time payments, card-based money movement, or issuer payment flows
• Experience working with banks, processors (e.g., FIS, Fiserv), digital banking platforms, or fintech enablers (e.g., Brightwell, Tabapay, Linker Finance)
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations and financial services technology architecture
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops with business, product, technology, and operations stakeholders
• Experience documenting current-state capabilities, target-state solution considerations, gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Strong program governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities
