Communications Specialist (Adult Learning Facilitator)
Assignment Length: 6 months starting in August
Shift/Schedule Details: Standard Business Hours
Location Specifics: 75%-100% travel nationwide to US Plasma Centers
Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging Adult Learning Facilitator to join our team on a 6 month contract to start.
In this role, you’ll lead impactful learning experiences that help adult learners build skills, retain knowledge, and apply learning in real-world settings.
This position requires travel up to 100%.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning programs (virtual and/or in-person)
- Prepare for sessions by reviewing materials, aligning objectives, and managing logistics
- Lead discussions, group activities, and experiential exercises to maximize engagement
- Adapt facilitation style to meet diverse learning needs and experience levels
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and learner support
- Partner with instructional designers and stakeholders to refine and improve content
- Monitor learner progress and evaluate program effectiveness
- Recommend enhancements to learning materials and delivery approaches
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment

- Ability to manage group dynamics
- Adaptability across audiences
- Collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Organizational and time management skills
