Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX 75219
Duration: 03 months


BASIC FUNCTION:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Talent Management Specialist will conduct assigned administrative tasks for the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management departments, up to and including recruiting and event planning.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
  • Conducts recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify needs (e.g., position requirements, recruiting approach, etc.) to ensure the most qualified candidates are presented
  • Facilitates position and candidate movement through the Applicant Tracking System pipeline (e.g., submits job reqs, posts jobs, dispositions candidates, creates offer terms/letters etc.), including securing approvals as needed, to maintain compliance with company policies and governing regulations (e.g., Delegation of Authority, AAP/EEO reporting etc.)
  • Reviews resumes/applications and conducts phone screens to ensure candidates meet requirements
  • Coordinates candidate interviews, to include scheduling, technology needs (videoconferencing), escorting in-person candidates, and facilitating debriefs with all interview participants
  • Coordinates candidate travel and facilitates expense reimbursements as needed
  • Provides weekly recruiting status reports to hiring managers and HR business partners
  • Facilitates pre-employment screenings (e.g., background checks and drug screens), and confirms progress/status with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Facilitates onboarding tasks, including but not limited to scheduling orientations, sending welcome/informational communications, entering SAP events, collecting signed documents as required under record retention policies, etc.
  • Ensures offer letter terms are processed appropriately (e.g., sends bonus payouts to Payroll, initiates relocation with Global Mobility etc.)
  • Assists with coordination of summer internship program tasks and activities (e.g., schedule, speakers, invitations, vendors, refreshments, program feedback, offer letters, SAP entries etc.)
  • Assists with coordination of rotational development program tasks and activities (e.g., schedule, SAP entries, performance/program feedback, etc.)
  • Participates in job fairs, networking events and other university functions to maintain relationships and build recruiting pipelines
  • Updates TA webpages as needed (e.g., templates, agency agreements, hiring manager tools etc.)
Talent Management
  • Assists in the planning and coordination of training events (e.g., coordinates facilitator schedules, manages invitations, orders supplies, liaisons with vendors, processes invoices etc.)
  • Assists with facilitation of trainings events (e.g., inquiries from participants and speakers, virtual chat management, breakout sessions, etc.)
  • Provides administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS) (e.g., creates courses, manages enrollment, provides reports, troubleshoots user questions, etc.)
  • Provides support to HR for performance management, talent identification, and succession activities (e.g., schedule adherence, reporting, weekly updates, myHFCsuccess admin needs, etc.)
  • Provides support for survey platform (e.g., general inquiries from users and/or HR, related to TM-owned projects such as exit interviews and 360-degree feedback, etc.)
  • Maintains calendar and class schedules for all TM events and activities
  • Updates TM webpages as needed (e.g., program updates, new tools etc.)
  • Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time-to-time at their sole and complete discretion.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience, or previous summer internship in Human Resources, is required.

EDUCATIONA:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or a combination of the equivalent number of years of education and work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, is required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, flexibility, team player mentality, tact, and maturity.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to market the company and attract candidates via written job postings, in-person recruiting events, and cold calling.
  • Creativity in candidate sourcing using various sources.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn other applications and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Canva, OpenSesame, Articulate, Saba, DocuSign, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of excel, specifically in analyzing and manipulating through use of pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Working knowledge of general human resources principles, and federal and state employment practices, and ability to apply this knowledge as it pertains to the company.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately (HIPPA, PII, etc.).
PRFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Canva, OpenSesame, Articulate, Saba, DocuSign and/or LinkedIn is preferred. Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., AAP/EEO etc.) is also preferred.
