Job Summary:
The Global Purpose Month Lead will serve as the primary project manager and operational lead for Client’s annual Global Purpose Month campaign and related colleague volunteer engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution of Global Purpose Month, including event planning, volunteer campaign coordination, planning lead support, communications, reporting, budget management, and platform administration.
Reporting to the Director, Community Impact, this individual will work closely with internal stakeholders, global planning leads, colleagues, nonprofit organizations, vendors, and communications partners to deliver a seamless, engaging, and impactful experience across Client’s global operations. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing complex projects, and is passionate about colleague engagement and community impact.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Client’s Global Purpose Month campaign, serving as the primary operational lead for all related activities and deliverables
- Partner with global and local planning leads to develop volunteer opportunities and engagement activities
- Host regular planning calls, trainings, and office hours with global planning leads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful execution
- Support onboarding and training of planning leads within Benevity, including platform guidance, troubleshooting, activity setup, and ongoing support
- Serve as the primary administrator for Benevity and related engagement platforms during the campaign period, including volunteer activity creation, reporting, colleague support, and data management
- Coordinate campaign logistics including vendor management, t-shirt ordering and distribution, timelines, approvals, shipping coordination, and budget tracking
- Support development and execution of internal communications, campaign materials, toolkits, promotional assets, and engagement resources in partnership with Communications and Design teams
- Monitor campaign participation and ensure volunteer hours and engagement activities are accurately logged and reported across sites
- Run and maintain volunteer participation reports, dashboards, and impact summaries to support leadership updates and post-campaign analysis
- Coordinate and support volunteer events and community engagement activities in partnership with nonprofit organizations, Client’s sites, CRGs, and colleagues
- Develop and maintain templates, guides, FAQs, and operational resources to support consistent execution across global teams
- Provide hands-on administrative and operational support throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring strong organization, timely follow-up, and high-quality execution
- Support additional Community Impact initiatives and engagement campaigns as needed based on seasonal priorities and business needs
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, community impact, event management, volunteer management, or related field
- Experience leading or coordinating large-scale campaigns, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Hands-on experience using Benevity, Your Cause, or similar employee engagement platforms strongly preferred
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and operational logistics
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting volunteerism, nonprofit partnerships, or community engagement initiatives preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Technical Skills and Abilities:
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfort working with data, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and engagement platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
- Passion for colleague engagement, volunteering, and purpose-driven work
