Job Description
Role: Manufacturing and Quality Control Operator
Location: Onsite
Overview: Join our team as a Manufacturing and Quality Control Operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all components and media are prepared to support the production schedule. This position requires a strong understanding of aseptic techniques and the ability to operate various machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Overview: Join our team as a Manufacturing and Quality Control Operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all components and media are prepared to support the production schedule. This position requires a strong understanding of aseptic techniques and the ability to operate various machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and ensure that all components and media used in Manufacturing and Quality Control are prepared with enough lead-time in support of the production schedule
- Load, operate, and unload the autoclaves and depyrogenation oven
- Perform mathematical calculations required for process variables
- Operate the pass-through glassware washer
- Operate the Metromatic vial washer
- Operate the bead washer
- Utilize aseptic technique to perform various tasks involved in the harvesting and filling of BCG
- Perform set-up and operation of the filling and crimp sealing machines
- Serve as a back-up operator for labeling, packaging, and pack out of finished product
- Observe all safety rules and procedures in the performance of duties
- Follow directives from supervisors/managers in an appropriate manner
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance
- Perform other tasks requested by management
- Minimum education of a high school diploma with one to two (2) years of relevant experience; Associate's or Bachelor's degrees preferred
- Understanding of aseptic technique
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to effectively handle normal workplace stress and/or pressures
