Job Description
Role: Production Technician Level 2
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Cycle is 2, 2, 3 (44 hours, 36 hours, 40 hours); 2 days on, 2 days off, 2 days in, 3 days off
Overview: Join a dedicated team as a Production Technician Level 2, responsible for various operational tasks in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient handling of materials to support manufacturing operations.

Overview: Join a dedicated team as a Production Technician Level 2, responsible for various operational tasks in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient handling of materials to support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down GMP space/equipment, accurately and efficiently moving process materials (up to 50 lbs) in accordance with procedures
- Work in compliance with procedures, documentation, government regulations, and safety programs, following lean manufacturing principles and current manufacturing practices (cGMPs)
- Manage inventory and tasks for aseptic growth, including equipment preparation and movement
- Operate and monitor equipment (including but not limited to RCCS, shell freezers, Wheaton Carts, Tube Welders) to set QC status and expiry of sterile equipment
- Provide materials and support to maintain equipment, demonstrating systems knowledge (SAP, MES, Kanbans, PLC)
- Handle sample delivery, labeling, and inventory management of clean/sterile equipment
- Transfer samples and participate in safety training/compliance events
- Must be able to pass SAM screening
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
