Job Title: Business Analyst V
Duration: 4 months
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)

Summary

• Assisting w/ migration of one VDR to another VDR (BOX)
• Will also be setting end user documentation

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with Box ( OR other VDR is acceptable)- electronic document mgmt/ permission and access controls
• Experience migration and SaaS application set up
• Previous exp working in an Agile environment
• Jira experience

Nice-To-Have

• Data migration exp 
• Knowledge of a highly regulated industry (data regulations) – banking industry exp is not required 
• Technical documentation exp 

Required Experience:

•  5 to 7 years

Preferred Background:

• Experience with box (other VDR is acceptable) – middle man/ secure portal for document sharing between companies. Migrating from old vendor to vendor.
• Experience w/ migration and SaaS application set up
• Strong interpersonal skills- supporting 140 across different LOB’s. Will be interacting with stakeholders to ensure smooth setup
• Need to work within tight timelines
