Recruiting Operations Project Specialist

We are seeking a Recruiting Enablement Operations Contractor to support a global Talent Acquisition organization by ensuring the smooth execution of recruiting enablement programs, onboarding initiatives, learning operations, content management, and reporting activities.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the Recruiting Enablement team, managing day-to-day processes that support recruiters, coordinators, and talent partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while partnering with stakeholders across recruiting, HR, and learning functions.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Content Migration & Management

Conduct content audits and support migration of learning materials from legacy systems into modern learning platforms.

Build and maintain learning content following established standards and governance guidelines.

Track migration progress, identify gaps, and escalate issues requiring stakeholder decisions.

Retire outdated content and ensure legacy materials are appropriately deactivated.
Recruiting Onboarding Operations

Serve as the operational owner of recruiting onboarding programs and learning hubs.

Maintain onboarding content to ensure accuracy and alignment with program updates.
-
Manage onboarding logistics, including learner assignments, cohort tracking, communications, and new hire resources.

Coordinate onboarding sessions, welcome meetings, and training materials for recruiting teams.

Monitor onboarding completion and proactively address participation or compliance gaps.
Content Maintenance & Learning Operations

Audit, update, archive, and maintain enablement content to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Manage content catalogs, learning inventories, and project trackers.
-
Monitor recruiting technology updates and ensure related learning materials remain current.
-
Identify and resolve broken links, outdated resources, and content inconsistencies.

Support continuous improvement efforts across learning programs and content repositories.
Metrics, Reporting & Engagement

Generate and analyze learning metrics, including registration, attendance, participation, and completion data.

Maintain reporting dashboards and metrics presentations.

Monitor learner engagement trends and identify opportunities to improve participation.

Develop and execute communication campaigns, reminders, and targeted outreach initiatives.

Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven program decisions.
Operational & Administrative Support

Manage intake and triage of enablement requests.
-
Maintain project plans, trackers, deadlines, and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups and project updates.

Serve as a central point of contact for routine enablement operations activities.

Support documentation, meeting preparation, and ongoing program administration.
Learning Asset Development

Create and update learning materials, guides, documentation, and training resources.

Assist with instructional content development and microlearning initiatives.

Support creation of training videos and digital learning assets as needed.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Learning Operations, Recruiting Operations, Enablement Coordination, HR Operations, or a related field.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience analyzing program metrics, learning data, and participation reports.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning platforms, or content management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or enablement functions.

Familiarity with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, or talent management platforms.

Experience with AI-powered learning tools, digital learning platforms, or microlearning programs.

Learning platform certifications or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Experience creating instructional videos or digital learning content.

Background in communications, training design, change management, or organizational development.
