Surrounding Team & Key Projects:
- The SXP Product team focuses on monetization, working directly with salespeople who connect with advertising partners across in-market, mid-market, and small business segments.
- The program centers on AI capabilities built in-house to help salespeople make more effective pitches—including automated QBR content generation, meeting notes, and action items. The goal is to increase salesperson productivity and help advertisers maximize revenue.
- This is primarily internal tooling (not external-facing). The team needs someone who can ramp quickly and independently drive program execution—not coding on the AI side, but leveraging AI capabilities to run and automate programs.
Typical Day-to-Day in the Role:
- Coordinate program management activities, including follow-ups and status updates.
- Own and drive program roadmaps across multiple verticals (VC calling, follow-up emails, automation on pitching).
- Ramp up on the space and then independently manage parts of the program with minimal support or guidance.
- Identify key areas of focus and help scale them up.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution and accountability.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline program operations.
How Will Performance Be Measured?
- Achievement of program metrics; all programs are metric-driven.
- Progress of the team against defined metrics and milestones.
- Quality of program execution and delivery.
- Ability to pull in the right people or escalate appropriately when programs are at risk or going red.
- Feedback from cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
What Makes This Role Interesting?
- This is a high-impact role at the forefront of Client's AI-driven monetization initiatives.
- The TPM will be the driving force behind scaling programs that leverage cutting-edge internal AI tools—not writing code, but owning execution across multiple verticals (VC calling, email automation, pitch optimization).
- The role offers significant autonomy and independence, with a strong likelihood of extension due to continuous investment in this space.
- The work directly contributes to measurable business outcomes: helping advertisers maximize revenue while enabling client's sales teams to operate more effectively.
Interview Process:
How many rounds of interviews?
- 1-2 rounds.
System Design
- Gauging their ability to understand the business aspect of the areas of a given problem. How they can come up with high level understanding and the execution aspect.
