Job Title: Lead Quality Engineer (Tosca Administration & Support)
Location: Hybrid in Mettawa, IL
Duration: 6 months to start

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
  • Run and validate test cases and modules.
  • Manage sync settings and troubleshoot issues with Tosca DeX machines.
  • Handle license updates, renewals, and resolve license server problems.
  • Oversee Tosca and qTest on-prem installations.
 
Tricentis Tools Usage
  • Work with Tosca, qTest, and Vera regularly.
  • Provide support both as an administrator and as an end-user.
 
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Share regular status updates and reports with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and highlight testability or quality risks.
 
Domain Application
  • Apply knowledge of Bioinformatics, R&D, Preclinical, and Clinical domains to improve testing outcomes.
 
Client Interaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build strong working relationships with client leadership and teams.
  • Align testing and delivery outcomes with client business goals.
  • Manage client communications, reviews, and governance meetings.
 
Delivery & Operations
  • Coordinate with internal delivery, engineering, and support teams.
  • Monitor project health, risks, and issues; drive mitigation actions.
  • Lead operational reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong Tosca expertise – both administration and tool usage.
  • Experience with Tosca DeX machines – troubleshooting and license server management.
  • License management skills – updating, maintaining, and resolving license issues.
  • Knowledge of Tricentis tools – qTest and Vera, including on-prem installations.
  • Hands-on with Jenkins and GitHub – driving efficient testing processes.
  • Collaboration & communication skills – working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Client & delivery management – building relationships, handling governance, and monitoring delivery health.
