Responsibilities
- Develop and support O-RAN networking infrastructure for private 5G networks.
- Design and implement radio resource control algorithms using xApps.
- Collaborate on UE-side (User Equipment) application development.
- Optimize network performance and cross-layer communication.
- Work closely with engineering teams on O-RAN deployment and integration.
Required Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN)
- Private 5G network deployment
- Strong C/C++ programming
- Knowledge of wireless communication systems and networking concepts.
