Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Acton – 3 days/week)

Job Summary:
The Staff Solution Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale programs, with a focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Operations Technologies. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and driving successful system implementation.

Job Summary:
The Staff Solution Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale programs, with a focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Operations Technologies. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and driving successful system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end program delivery using structured methodologies (planning, execution, monitoring, and control)
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and status reports
- Manage RAIDE register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Escalations)
- Ensure on-time delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Coordinate design and implementation of MES and Operations Technologies
- Organize and facilitate workshops with system integrators (e.g., Accenture)
- Drive collaboration across engineering, operations, IT, and external partners
- Lead program core team and steering committee meetings
- Influence stakeholders, including senior leadership, on timelines, priorities, and risks
- Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, purchase orders, and cash flow
- Align project plans with Agile teams and PI planning cycles
- Support Product Owners with impact analysis and change management
- Participate in PI planning and assess program-level impacts
- Maintain dashboards, RACI matrices, and communication tools
- Manage collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and Smartsheet
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, quality systems (QMS), and validation procedures
- Support computer systems validation activities
- Contribute to 24-month program roadmap and integrated project planning
- Identify and communicate program risks and mitigation strategies
- Influence program timelines, budget, and change management decisions
Core Skills
- Strong program/project management expertise (SDLC & infrastructure)
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Agile/SAFe methodologies (certification preferred)
- MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) experience (required)
- MS 365 Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Miro, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Timeline Pro
- Agile tools: Jira, Confluence
- CRM: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud
- ERP: SAP
- Integration: Mulesoft
- PLM/QMS: Arena
- PPM tools: Clarity
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of overall experience in a technical field
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Project Management certification preferred
- Strong project leadership and ability to drive initiatives proactively
- Onsite presence required (Acton – 3 days/week)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
