Location: Guayama, PR
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.84 ($50-$60K)
Shift: Available to work 3rd Shift

Job Purpose: The Team Leader Packaging is accountable for leading assigned production staff to achieve targets and deliver improved process and product consistency, quality, compliance, cost standards, and customer service. The role includes planning, organizing, staffing, performance assessment, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOPs, cGMP, and FDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support packaging areas and weekend operations as required.
• Verify daily schedules and assign priorities.
• Coordinate operators and act as interface with other departments.
• Prepare daily performance documentation (shift summaries, downtime reports).
• Coordinate training needs and manpower allocation.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and EHS compliance.
• Monitor OEE performance and corrective actions.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Associate degree in science, engineering, or related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in packaging bottle and blister operations.
• Bachelor degree of science, engineering or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in packaging bottle and blister operations.
• Computer Skills. 
• Excellent Communication Skills.
