- As Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) you have the opportunity to bring your passion for customer service to a role and a firm that will champion your grown in the financial services industry.
- You'll play a critical role in the operation success of the firm.
- Candidates need to have professional appearance as this is a client facing role in the branch.
- Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
- Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
