Job Title: Loan Operation Rep I
Location: Lewiston, ME 04240 OR Fully Remote (EST hours)
Duration: 4months Assignment (possibility of extension)
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, 8am to 5pm
Note: Preference is for onsite in Lewiston but will consider strong remote candidates for this role.
Work Model if onsite: Hybrid- Lewiston will be 4 days in office.
 
Summary:

• Admin tasks in servicing loans

Must Have:

• Previous administrative experience 1-2 years.
• 1 year of Loan servicing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills; Strong Excel Experience.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Suites, including Excel, Word and Outlook 2 years.
• 1-2+ yrs Data Entry exp.
• Quick learner- can learn new systems quickly.
• Adaptable, professional, flexible, a quick learner, and has strong customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills.

Required Background:

• Understanding of loan documents- strong nice to have.
• Banking experience 1-2 years.
• Loan serve/encompass.
• Tax knowledge.

Ideal candidate background:

• Ideally knowledge of loan documents asset.
• Tax knowledge would be helpful.
