Job Description:
As a Senior Program Manager in Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs, you will lead and support complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with a dual focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, and end-to-end program execution.

You will translate strategic priorities into structured, outcome-focused execution, ensuring initiatives are not only aligned to business goals but also operationally ready for successful release and adoption. You will continuously evaluate whether programs are on the right path to achieve intended outcomes, applying strong judgment to adjust direction as needed.

Working closely with senior leaders, program managers, product teams, and business stakeholders, you will provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs. You will synthesize complex inputs into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving momentum across teams.

This role requires a balance of execution rigor, rapid problem-solving, and learning agility—you are comfortable navigating ambiguity, quickly building context in new domains, and defining practical paths forward to deliver results. This position reports to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support cross-functional GTM transformation programs from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate strategic objectives into integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, and continuously assess whether execution is on track to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end coordination of UAT activities across initiatives, including planning, scheduling, execution tracking, defect management, and sign-off.
  • Define and enforce UAT entry and exit criteria, ensuring quality, data readiness, and environment preparedness prior to testing.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, TPMs, and stakeholders to align UAT timelines with development and program milestones.
  • Drive defect triage and resolution by quickly assessing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers, developing mitigation plans and escalating with clear recommendations.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting that synthesizes complex inputs into concise updates on progress, risks, outcomes, and recommended actions.
  • Facilitate decision-making by framing tradeoffs, aligning stakeholders, and navigating competing priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of program progress, risks, and deliverables using tools such as Jira, Airtable, or similar.
  • Continuously improve program and UAT execution processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Rapidly build context in new or unfamiliar areas to effectively lead execution despite ambiguity.
  • Support senior program managers on large-scale initiatives by owning workstreams and contributing to overall program delivery.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in program, project, or delivery management.
  • Proven experience leading UAT, release readiness, or end-to-end delivery processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage integrated program plans.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to assess execution effectiveness.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a focus on speed and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability to ramp quickly in new domains.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations.
  • Experience supporting or leading cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Experience working within a PMO-governed framework.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
