Job Description

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Partner Business Process Operations Analyst to join our Global Partner Operations team. This is a high-impact role designed to drive the seamless execution of our global partner ecosystem processes.

You will act as the "engine" of the Business Process Operations pillar, taking ownership of essential manual workstreams and operational tasks currently managed by our Partner Business Process Architecture team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on "getting things done" and is looking for a path toward business process design and system implementation. You are self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable pivoting between diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Execution & Support: Execute day-to-day operational activities across the partner lifecycle, ensuring manual efforts are handled with precision and speed to give time back to the Partner Business Process Architecture team.
  • Operational Maintenance: Manage documentation, track requests, and maintain accurate records within our PRM and Salesforce environments.
  • Systems & Data Integrity: Assist with data entry, auditing, and reporting to ensure our internal systems remain the "single source of truth."
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure program deadlines are met.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Support program execution by ensuring all required activities/tasks for completed on time and accurately.
  • Evolutionary Growth: As you master execution, you will have the opportunity to support process design and system implementation projects alongside our Partner Business Process Architects.

Basic Qualifications

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Salesforce (PRM experience is a significant plus), Smartsheets, and Google Suite.
  • Problem Solving: A creative problem-solver with a "bias for action"—someone who values structure but understands the need for agility.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Partner Ecosystems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
