Title: Marketing Communications Senior Advisor
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 7–8 Months
Schedule:
Estimated weekly hours: 20–40, depending on workload
- Average ~30 hours/week
- No less than 20 hours/week
- Preferred schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

Portfolios are required with candidate submission. Please attach samples as a PDF or similar file (links may not open due to company restrictions). Portfolio should include a mix of B2B, B2C, and cross-channel work (blogs, emails, social, short-form, etc.).
Role Overview
This is a contract copywriter role supporting a Creative Services team. The position is hands-on, project-based, and focused on delivering high-volume, high-quality content across digital, print, and campaign channels.
The Copywriter will collaborate closely with designers, creative managers, and cross-functional teams to produce clear, compelling, and on-brand content. This role requires strong adaptability, speed, and precision, along with the ability to maintain consistent voice across multiple audiences.
Scope of Work
Responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading content across:
- Email campaigns and newsletters
- Blog posts and long-form content
- Social media copy
- Headlines and subheads
- Advertising and promotional copy
- Landing pages and web content
- B2B, B2C, and B2B2C collateral
Additional copywriting support may be required based on project needs.

- Strong ability to write clear, engaging, audience-appropriate content
- Adaptable tone and voice across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences
- High attention to detail in editing and proofreading
- Ability to align content with brand voice and marketing strategy
- Strong storytelling and persuasive writing skills

Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of copywriting experience
- Experience in branding, marketing agencies, or in-house teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel work
- Telehealth or healthcare experience is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
- Associate degree with relevant experience will be considered
