Job Description
Position Title: Project Control Officer V
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension & conversion)
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Work Schedule: (Hybrid) 4 days a week in the office
SUMMARY:
• RAID log management – Ingestion of Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items, maintain coherency/currency of the RAID log
• Reporting – Consolidation / Preparation of reporting materials (Weekly status report, ESC materials, ad-hoc requests)
• Interdependency Management – Consolidation/Tracking of interdependencies across project workstreams as well as outside or project
• Financial Management – Consolidation of monthly costs forecasts, tracking of actual spend and analysis of variances between forecast and actuals
• Project change control – Maintain PCR list and action-related tasks/activities
• Artifact management – Organize/track/index required artifacts and log exceptions/exemptions, assist during compliance/delivery assurance reviews
• Schedule Management – track and report on identified tasks/deliverables/milestones, highlight/escalate slippages for action/attention
Must Haves:
1)Excel ( Pivots\ Data manipulation\ charts and graphs \ formulas)
2) MS Project
3) Budget management ( project financial)
4) RAID log
Nice to Have:
1.) PMP
2.) Clarity
3.) Jira\ Confluence
Additional requirements:
Degree/Level of Education: Bachelors
Certifications Required: No
Years of Overall Experience: 7+yrs
Interview process:
1 Virtual camera on + 1 in person
