Job Title: Desktop Support II - CAD
Location: Ontario, Toronto

Schedule:100% onsite role

Job Summary
Autodesk is seeking a contingent worker to support PC Lifecycle operations, with a focus on hardware asset management, intake and ticket coordination, inventory tracking, data quality, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional operational support. This role will help manage day-to-day related requests, maintain operational systems and records, support global regional coverage, and contribute to process consistency and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day PC lifecycle hub operations, including ITAD (IT asset disposition) requests, early PC refresh requests, missing-device investigations, Apple ACE requests, and custom device requests.
• Manage related ITSM (IT service management) tickets, shared inbox requests, and PC Lifecycle Hub-related intake workflows.
• Track inventory across physical and offsite locations, including office hubs and VAR (value added reseller) partners.
• Maintain operational data and systems, including database management , meta-data dictionaries, and related PC hardware records.
• Drive data consistency, cleanup, and standardization across operational datasets.
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and operational documentation.
• Support UAT (user acceptance testing) activities for PC Lifecycle Hub-related projects and enhancements.
• Provide operational support coverage across APAC and EMEA as needed.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, including device order trends, deployment delays, and asset data completeness.
• Support retroactive asset record updates, including SAP fixed asset code alignment.
• Assist with maintaining laptop standards, peripheral catalogs, and vendor/manufacturer documentation.
• Track laptop ETA (estimated time of arrival), pricing, and related operational supply information.

Must Haves
1) Experience in hardware asset management, IT asset lifecycle operations and supply chain logistics.
2) Experience working with ticketing systems, intake queues, shared inboxes, and operational workflows.
3) Familiarity with tools such as Wolken/ServiceNow ITSM, AirTable, PowerBi, Excel and similar enterprise operational platforms (Office365, etc).
4) Strong data management, reporting, and documentation skills.
5) Experience supporting UAT, operational process validation, and system/process changes.
6) Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
7) Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
8) Ability to support global operations across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
1) Experience with SAP or related financial accounting management.
2) Experience with vendor, VAR (value added reseller), or manufacturer coordination.
3) Experience with hardware catalog, laptop standards, or peripheral management.
4) Experience in global PC lifecycle hardware operations.
