Job Title:Material Handler
Location: Tipton,IN
Duration:3+Months
Schedule: 40 hours/week (No overtime)
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks

Assignment Type: Temporary (duration based on workload; may extend or end early)

1. Sign Shop Associate (1 Position)

Responsibilities:

• Cut and apply decals/stickers
• Roll and mount decals on substrate using Falcon
• Operate slitter for decals
• Cut holes in banners and install grommets
• Create signs to fulfill Sign Shop orders
• Restock inventory as needed

2. Distribution Center Associate (1 Position)

Responsibilities:

• Read and process field sign orders
• Pick and pull field signs and sign posts
• Pack items and prepare for shipping
• Load/unload materials manually (trucks/shelves)
• Restock inventory as needed

Work Environment:

• Sales office and warehouse setting
• No driving required
• No exposure to common allergens
• No medical surveillance required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer knowledge (PCs, scanners, shipping labels)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (average ~25 lbs)
• Must wear closed-toe shoes
